Necessary business information in email communication

The German Law for businesses requires business owners and companies to include certain business information into their business communication. This applies to all communication that is addressed to particular addressees and thus includes email communication. This is often not recognized by companies and should be considered carefully, because the com-mercial registers or rather the company registers may impose a fine of up to EUR 5,000.00 for non-compliance with the afore mentioned regulations. Additionally, the owner can be liable if a third party trusted the incomplete information.
