The increasingly complex legal issues in national and international commercial law demand an ever-increasing degree of competences. Besides their more general work in commercial law, the lawyers working for SCHRADE & PARTNER also have certain core activities to warrant professional and expert consulting services for small and medium-sized businesses, syndicates, corporations under public law and non-profit organisations. Teamwork and close co-operation across all locations and offices ensure that our clients have access to the experience and knowledge of the entire law firm.
In our legal consulting work we take legal, fiscal as well as managerial and operational aspects into account. To realise this extensive consulting work, the law firm also co-operates closely with other professionals such as tax advisers, chartered auditors and accountants.
SCHRADE & PARTNER sees itself as a modern service provider, offering its clients practical and hands-on advice and economically advantageous and beneficial solutions. The work of our lawyers in supervisory and advisory boards of various companies promotes mutual trust and understanding.
Our knowledge and experience is passed on in lectures and training seminars with a practical background. The lawyers of SCHRADE & PARTNER are also the authors of scientific and technical publications and work as lecturers at universities.
